Terms of Use

Klaapy is a content management platform for Instagram and Facebook that includes, among other features: content quality analysis via the CAFS score, direct publishing via the Meta Graph API, a unified comment inbox, an editorial calendar, audience analysis, and competitive intelligence.

The service is provided "as is." We strive to maintain 99% availability, but we do not guarantee specific uptime for the free Starter plan. Pro and Agency plans get priority support and incident resolution.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Klaapy.
• You must own, or have explicit authorization to manage, the Meta accounts you connect.
• You're responsible for keeping your access confidential and for all activity performed from your account.
• Each person must use their own email address. Sharing accounts across multiple users isn't allowed.

You can use Klaapy to:

• Manage and publish content on Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts you legitimately control.
• Analyze your content's performance for editorial improvement purposes.
• Invite team members or clients within your plan's limits.
• Export your data and metrics at any time.

It is strictly prohibited to use Klaapy to:

• Publish content that violates Meta's Policies or applicable law.
• Send spam, misleading content, or manipulate metrics.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract Klaapy's source code.
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the service to third parties without written authorization.
• Automate use of Klaapy through external scripts or bots that exceed normal human use.
• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent activity, or activity that harms third parties.
• Intentionally overload the infrastructure (DoS/DDoS attacks).

Violating these restrictions can result in immediate account suspension, with no refund for unused periods.

You own the content you create and publish with Klaapy. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with Meta's policies, third-party intellectual property rights, and applicable law. Klaapy does not moderate or review content before it's published.

The code, design, brand, algorithms (including CAFS Score, AQTI, and FFOA), and all of Klaapy's intellectual property are exclusively owned by Merkava Studio. These Terms grant you no rights over them beyond using the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klaapy will not be liable for:

• Data loss caused by changes to the Meta API outside our control.
• Service interruption due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure.
• Business decisions made based on Klaapy's scores or recommendations.
• Indirect, special, or consequential damages exceeding the amount paid in the last month.

AI features (copy suggestions, competitor analysis, A/B variants) are advisory. Klaapy does not guarantee specific engagement or growth results.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms.
• Meta revokes Klaapy's API access due to activity on your account.
• There are signs of fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.

No refunds are issued for suspensions due to non-compliance. If we terminate the service unilaterally without just cause, we'll refund the unused period.

We may modify, add, or remove service features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Removing features included in your active plan entitles you to cancel with a proportional refund if you request it within 15 days of the announcement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For any dispute related to the service, both parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution by email. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.
