Roadmap

We build in public.
You decide what's next.

This roadmap is real — not marketing. Anything marked "In progress" has code being written right now. Anything marked "Considering" needs you to tell us it matters.

These features already have code.

ReportsJune 2026

Export PDF reports for clients

PDF report generation with the client's logo, colors, and domain. For agencies delivering monthly results without building slides by hand.

ProfileJuly 2026

Edit name and user preferences

Configure your display name, preferred language, and timezone. The profile currently shows email and role — it'll soon be fully editable.

Confirmed and in the queue

Decisions made, waiting for their sprint.

SchedulingQ3 2026

Smart content queue — auto-schedule based on historical performance

Klaapy analyzes your last 30 posts and automatically proposes the best time for each new post, factoring in day, hour, and content type.

CollaborationQ3 2026

Approval workflow — editor creates, manager approves

Editors create drafts and managers get a notification to approve before publishing. A log tracks who approved each post.

HashtagsQ3 2026

Hashtag research — trending and competitor hashtags in your niche

From the creation modal, search for hashtags relevant to your industry, see how many posts use them, and their average engagement.

CalendarQ4 2026

Weekly and daily calendar views

Beyond the current monthly view, see the week's or a single day's content in detail: exact time, score, and copy preview.

ContentQ4 2026

Content library — reusable templates and posts

Save post structures that worked so you can reuse them. Copy templates by category (educational, promotional, behind-the-scenes).

Evaluating with users

Your feedback decides if these ship.

Platforms

TikTok and LinkedIn support

Expanding beyond Meta. TikTok Business API and LinkedIn Company Pages are under evaluation — the CAFS Score would adapt to each network's patterns.

Mobile

Native mobile app (iOS + Android)

To check the inbox, approve posts, and see the score from your phone without opening a browser. Under evaluation — we're waiting on feedback about whether it's a priority.

Recently shipped

What landed in the last few weeks.

PlannerJuly 2026

Prescriptive content plan — concrete ideas, cadence, and schedule exploration

Every suggested slot carries a topic + angle + a specific content idea (referencing your real tools and products), the plan honestly states how much data signal it has, suggests how many posts per week to publish, and ~1 in 3 slot recommendations deliberately explores new times to learn from your audience.

StoriesJuly 2026

Instagram-grade Stories composer — GIPHY, animated stickers, and resizable text

GIPHY sticker search (real catalog with official attribution and family-safe filtering), 26 curated + 10 animated stickers (on a photo, the story publishes as a looping video), text that reflows when resized, video audio in the preview, and direct manipulation: drag & drop for files and stickers, plus a trash bin to remove elements.

NotificationsJune 2026

Real email alerts — publishing, errors, and anomalies

Email alerts are live: notifications go out when a post publishes, fails, or when the CAFS drops abnormally. The email design follows the brand's colors and typography.

Billing

Stripe billing — self-serve for Pro and Agency

Full Stripe integration: 7-day trial checkout for Pro, a subscription-management portal to change plan, payment method, or cancel, and webhooks that sync the plan automatically. Settings shows status, renewal date, and direct portal access.

AI

Klee AI — copy generator with real context from your account

Describe your goal (campaign, product, event) and Klee generates 3 copy variants optimized for FB or IG. With conversation context, persistent per-tenant history, and plan-based limits.

Klee

Klee conversation persistence in the database

Conversations with Klee AI are saved per tenant and account. History is available across sessions. Quota control: Starter 15 queries/month, Pro and Agency unlimited with images.

Account

Account deletion with email confirmation

From Settings → Security, any user can permanently delete their account and all their data. You must type your email to confirm — tenants with no other members are cascade-deleted.

Settings

Settings — Security and Billing enabled

The Security section shows the authentication method and the danger zone for account deletion. The Billing section shows the current plan with included features and an upgrade CTA for Starter.

Posts

Full editor for drafts and scheduled posts

Clicking Edit opens the same creation modal pre-loaded with all the data — image, copy, platform, format, and status. The CAFS Preview updates when you finish editing, not on every keystroke.

Analytics

Redesigned Analytics — performance by format, time, and Action Plan

No longer a copy of the Dashboard. Now shows performance by content type, by time of day, copy-quality analysis (CTA, questions, length), and expandable recommendations with concrete steps based on your real data.

Settings

Configurable notifications in Settings

5 configurable alert types: post published, publishing error, CAFS anomaly, pre-publish reminder, and weekly summary. Per-type toggle, auto-saved.

AI

CAFS v2.1 — calibrated model and normalized weights

Model weights normalized to 1.00 — the max score is now 100 instead of 85. Suggestions' expected_lift recalibrated to reflect the real impact of each copy improvement.

Features

Calendar drag & drop + bulk operations

Reschedule posts by dragging and select multiple to publish or delete at once.

UX

AI reply suggestions in Inbox

A Sparkles button on each message generates 3 contextual replies. Pick one, tweak it, and send.

Scheduling

Optimal-time chips when scheduling

4 optimal-time options based on the platform (IG: 6–9pm, FB: 12–2pm and 6–8pm) with one click to select.
